Divine Motion

DivineMotion is an Ègbẹ́ Awọ based in Baltimore, Maryland — a collective of Awó and initiates who gather to study, worship, and grow together in the sacred traditions of Ifá and Òrìṣà. We are committed to Èsìn Ìbílẹ̀, also known as Ìṣẹ̀ṣe L’agba, the ancestral practice of our people, carried forward through discipline, authenticity, and community.

 

While Ìjọ Ifá Ògúndá Masá stands as the temple, DivineMotion is its Ègbẹ́ Awọ, the arm devoted to collective learning, movement, and the strengthening of spiritual ties through ceremonies, classes, and gatherings.

 

 

Our Leadership

 

DivineMotion is led by Oluwo Ifalowo Adeola (Marshall Hair Jr.), an initiate of Ifá, Èṣù, and Obàtálá, the Agbongbon Awo of Ado Odo Kingdom, and Oluwo Ogboni Omoyeni. As a full-time Bàbáláwo and Babalórìṣà, he carries both ancestral responsibility and living authority in guiding the community. His mission is to provide good conditions for all Òrìṣà adherents, while maintaining the rigor and integrity of the tradition.

 

 

What DivineMotion Offers

 

• Ifá and Òrìṣà Ceremonies – Ìṣẹ̀fá, Ìtẹ́fá, Ìdóṣù, Ẹ̀gbé, Òrìṣà initiations, and life-cycle rituals

• Consultations and Ẹbọ – Divination (Ìdáfá) and sacrificial works to align and strengthen destiny

• Ẹgbẹ́ Gatherings – Collective worship, prayer cycles, cultural celebrations, and study intensives

• Training and Education – Teaching Odu Ifá, Oríkì, Orin, and Yoruba traditions in both spiritual and cultural form

 

At DivineMotion, Awó and community sharpen one another, walking in truth with Òrì, honoring the Òrìṣà, and living out the wisdom of Ifá together.
